The joy of painting provides painful symptom relief for many Parkinson's patients. So what better way to raise money for Parkinson's research than to offer paintings for a cure! "Drawn Together" Local Artist Exhibit
Beech Tree Studio will host “Drawn Together” the 5th Annual Student Art Show on Saturday, November 19, from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. The exhibit will include selections from over 40 local color pencil artists from Beech Tree Studio at 2219 Kings Court in Geneva.

Paul Ruby Foundation Announces Lineup of Artists in 2011 'Painting 4 Parkinsons'
The first “Paintings 4 Parkinson’s” fine art exhibit and sale will be on display from Nov. 4 to Dec. 9 at Art Box 514 W. State St., Geneva.
In addition to the ongoing exhibit, artists will be available every Friday from 6 to 9 p.m. throughout the show dates for an informal reception to meet buyers and guests. Attendees will marvel at the creative process of these pieces, which will consist of several mediums.

Naperville Fine Art Fair Announces Winners
In downtown Naperville, the first weekend of June marked the 52nd anniversary of the Naperville Woman’s Club Fine Art Fair. Despite 90-degree temperatures, the show was a great success, Art Fair Director Roxanne Lang said.The winners of the juried art fair are as follows:
Best in Show: Susan Zalkind and Paul Hawkins, alabaster sculpture
Naperville Woman’s Club Award: Andria Burchett, drawing
